Dear Prefects
Firstly, EXCO please inform prefects about the GAP date. No notices to inform about any results or duties should be pasted up in/outside the den. All prefects HAVE TO check the blog at least once a week, by Thursdays out of their own accord. Ignorance is not a valid excuse.
Melissa, your team is given until 8Feb to do up the Prefects Board. It looks to bare for anyone's liking now. Thank you.
Please ensure that all girls who approach you for masking tape nametags have to be booked. Their full names and classes have to be written in block letters as well. I have informed the General Office not to issue any.
Please be diligent in passing the latecoming slips to Ms Jaslyn for her to update and request for her to file. Every week, on Fridays, can the prefect in charge of updating, please meet me so I can give you a copy of the letters/ Clinic appointments for those who are late with valid excuses. Their bookings need to be cancelled and the forms letters etc filed. Thank you.
