BONDING BARBECUE BASH

Hello all! Salimah here! Since Semester 1's coming to and end and Semester 2's rounding the corner once the June Hols are over, I think we deserve a nice relaxing session together to gather ourselves for the upcoming Semester's demands and the Sec 4's with their 'O' Levels.

First and second week are out -- first week majority of people have conferences and stuff like that and second week exco will be on leadership camp. Last week should be left for catching up and stuff so I hope you all understand.

EAST COAST PARK - most accessible, lots of things to do and lots of space, more people so less danger? Haha!

--THEME

BLACK AND WHITE

Okay people! Time to be inventive! This is a super broad theme! Come in masks, cloaks, hoods (doubt you guys will right!!!!!) and anything wacky so it'll be more fun!! For the more conservative types (staring at everyone) just come in pants and t-shirt or whatever that's deemed to be normal -- as long as you can get down and have fun as a prefectorial board!!

--EXPECTATIONS

Basically we just want to bond as a prefectorial board so it'll be easier to plan for things like the upcoming PI and next year's conference in a smoother manner. Obviously the Sec 4s deserve an amazing farewell so we should get to know their likes and dislikes so they'll have the perfect goodbye present from us!!

-> COMPULSORY TO GO UNLESS VIABLE REASON
-> $5 each! Please pay to SNL treasurer - SONIA!
-> Please get started on planning and retain receipts so that money can be claimed!
-> Bring radios/boomerangs/balls and other stuff as side activities while waiting or to occupy if you're bored
->But most importantly -- HAVE FUN!!!
